Refund & Return Policy

At XEN-HEX Chemicals, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1- Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was delivered with broken or leaking packaging.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of product delivery.

2- Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Product should not be excessively used.
  • Original invoice or order confirmation should be provided.
  • Photos or videos of damaged products may be requested.

3- Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been intentionally damaged.
  • The product has been misused or improperly stored.
  • The request is made after 15 days from delivery.
  • The product is almost completely consumed or empty.

4- Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The returned product will be inspected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be completed within 15 days after approval.

5- Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

Since we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only:

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • Easypaisa

The customer may be asked to provide payment details for processing the refund.

6- Exchange Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may request:

  • Product replacement
  • Exchange for the correct item (subject to availability)

7- Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is made by XEN-HEX Chemicals (wrong or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • If the return is due to a customer preference or incorrect order placement, shipping charges may not be refundable.

8- Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
